Credit/debit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 3 - Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We strive to display our products, sizing, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on studio lighting or individual screen displays. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • Standard delivery charges are set at a flat rate of 300 PKR across Pakistan, subject to promotional adjustments at checkout.

Section 5 - Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund & Return Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

 

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 7 - Delivery and Open Parcel Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We permit parcel opening and inspection at delivery in front of the courier rider. If you identify a defect or incorrect item, you may reject the parcel on the spot.

  • Advance Payments: For pre-paid orders (Bank Transfer, Card, Mobile Wallet), you may inspect your parcel upon arrival. Any defect or discrepancy must be reported to our support team within 24 hours with visual evidence (photo/video) to initiate a free replacement or return pickup.

Section 8 - Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our 24-hour window policy:

  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of parcel delivery.

  • Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) within 3 to 5 business days following item inspection at our warehouse.

Section 9 - Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

 

  1. For any unlawful purpose.

     

  2. To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

     

  3. To violate any international, federal, or local regulations, rules, or laws.

     

  4. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  5. To submit false or misleading information.

Section 10 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
