Shipping policy

At Reeti Riwaj Collections, we aim to deliver your favorite outfits to your doorstep safely, swiftly, and transparently across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: We charge a nominal flat rate of 300 PKR on all orders shipped across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Promotional free shipping thresholds (when available) are automatically applied at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Major Cities: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days for major urban hubs (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar, etc.).

  • Other Cities & Remote Regions: Delivery takes 4 to 6 working days for other towns and remote areas across Pakistan.

Note: Delays may occasionally occur during festive seasons, sales events, public holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Open Parcel & Delivery Inspection

For your trust and safety, we offer an Open Parcel / Inspection at Delivery policy across all cities in Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    You may open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier rider before making payment. If you notice any defect, damage, or incorrect item, you can decline the parcel and hand it directly back to the rider on the spot.

  • Advance Paid Orders (Bank Transfer / Card / Mobile Wallet):

    You may inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing/incorrect items, please take a quick photo or video and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a free reverse pickup or immediate replacement shipment at no extra charge.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated SMS or Email notification containing your Courier Name and Tracking ID (Consignment Number). You can track your shipment live through the courier partner's tracking portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Cash on Delivery is available across almost all major cities and towns covered by our courier network.

  • Please ensure your provided mobile phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate so the delivery rider can contact you without hassle.

  • If a COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without cause after dispatch, your account may be flagged for future COD purchases.

6. International Shipping
