1. How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse through our catalog, select your desired product, choose your preferred color and size, and click ADD TO CART or BUY IT NOW. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your purchase.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request modifications or cancellations within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched. Please reach out to our customer support team as quickly as possible with your Order ID.
3. Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-order outfits?
Currently, we offer standard sizes as specified on each product page. However, for special requests or upcoming custom offerings, please feel free to contact our support team.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Provide pictures or video of the defect along with your order details, and our team will arrange a quick replacement or resolution.
Shipping & Delivery
5. What are your delivery charges across Pakistan?
We charge a nominal flat shipping fee of 250/- PKR across Pakistan. We also offer free delivery on orders above a specified total amount (promotional thresholds apply at checkout).
6. How long does standard delivery take for major cities vs. other regions?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.) and 4–6 working days for other towns and remote areas across Pakistan.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily deliver across Pakistan. If you require international delivery, please reach out to our team directly via WhatsApp or email to check availability and shipping rates for your country.
8. How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking ID on our courier partner's website to check the live status of your shipment.

9. What payment options do you accept?
We offer convenient payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Bank Transfers, Debit/Credit Card payments, and mobile wallet options (JazzCash / EasyPaisa).
10. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all locations in Pakistan?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for almost all major cities and towns covered by our courier network within Pakistan.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
11. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If an item does not fit or has an issue, you can exchange it within 24 hours of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
12. How many days do I have to initiate a return or exchange?
You must inform our team within 24 hours from the date you receive your package.
13. Who covers the shipping fee for returning or exchanging an item?
If the exchange is due to a sizing preference or change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping charges. If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, Reeti Riwaj Collections will cover all shipping costs.
14. How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) within 3–5 working days.

15. How do I know which size to choose?
Each apparel item features a dedicated size guide on its product page specifying measurements. We recommend checking the size chart before making a purchase. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend opting for the larger size for a comfortable fit.
16. Are the product colors exact representations of the physical items?
We strive to display our product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on photographic lighting sources or individual screen/monitor settings.
